API Terms, Licensing and SLA

API Terms, Licensing and SLA

Clear usage rights, service expectations and data-quality responsibilities.

License by plan

Free, Starter and Professional plans are for evaluation, development and internal use unless a separate commercial licence is agreed. Business includes commercial use for customer-facing applications. Enterprise licensing, redistribution, white-label use and custom data rights are governed by a signed agreement.

Attribution and redistribution

Customers must preserve source and verification metadata where supplied. A customer may not represent an international-derived or country-reference value as a verified city/dealer quote. Raw bulk redistribution or resale is prohibited unless the selected plan or written agreement expressly allows it.

Service levels

No guaranteed SLA applies to Free, Starter or Professional plans. Business receives priority support but no contractual uptime guarantee unless stated in an order. Enterprise SLA targets, support windows, remedies and exclusions must be defined in a signed order; this page does not invent a contractual guarantee.

Data limitations

Market data may be delayed, corrected or unavailable. Values are informational references and not executable offers, investment advice or a substitute for confirmation with an exchange, bank or dealer.

Security and acceptable use

API keys must be kept server-side. Bypassing quotas, attacking the service, removing required provenance, unlawful use and sharing a key outside its licensed projects are prohibited. Compromised keys may be revoked.

Versioning and changes

Breaking response changes are released under a new version namespace. Security fixes, corrections and additive response fields may be released within the current version. Material commercial terms require notice or a signed order as applicable.
